Terms of Service
ភូមិកសិផល (Phumikasephal) provides a marketplace platform for buyers, sellers, stores, and administrators.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Phumikasephal, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. Google Sign-In is an optional authentication method; use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms.
3. Marketplace roles
Phumikasephal provides technology that connects users. Sellers are responsible for listings, product legality, quality, stock, pricing, packing, and fulfillment. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product information, delivery details, and payment obligations. Administrators may moderate activity and assist with disputes.
4. Listings and content
Do not publish illegal, fraudulent, misleading, unsafe, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content. You must have the right to upload images, videos, documents, and other materials. We may remove or restrict content that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Orders, payments, and delivery
Prices, stock, delivery availability, payment methods, refunds, and transaction status may depend on the seller and marketplace configuration. Users must not manipulate orders, wallets, payment evidence, invoices, ratings, or system records. Transaction records may be retained for dispute, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
6. Communication and conduct
Use messaging and support features for legitimate marketplace purposes. Harassment, spam, impersonation, scams, malware, credential theft, and attempts to bypass platform controls are prohibited.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be suspended, or use local fallback when a third-party storage or infrastructure provider is unavailable.
8. Suspension and termination
Accounts, stores, listings, or transactions may be restricted or removed for security risks, fraud, policy violations, legal requirements, or harm to users or the platform.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Phumikasephal is not responsible for indirect loss or for independent acts of buyers, sellers, delivery providers, payment providers, or other third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
